I wanted a RO system on my kitchen and a hook up to the refrigerator. Diefenderfer plumbing was referred to me by a friend that had been using their services for over 4 years. Ralph came in and explained how the system worked. I told him that I did not want my water to be acidic. No problem. Ralph went to his supply house and brought back a water softener that had an alkalinity increasing filter and installed it under the sink. Once the installation was completed, Ralph ran water through the piping for a while to make sure that there were no leaks. This was an amazing experience and they will be handing all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Junior arrived when he said he would. He made repairs to two shower faucets and replaced one shower faucet. He cleaned up after himself. He tested each faucet in front of me.
