Kale came on a Friday after a cancellation from another customer. He found out why we didn’t have water and fixed it. On Monday he returned at 9 to do an upgrade on our washer connections. We showed him some faucet leaks and he agreed to replace them. Poor Kale was here until 4:30, because of old, trailer house issues! Great service, friendly attitude, and professional service. Sorry to the other people who were scheduled for him today ☹️

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called Dukes of Air who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un Arizona In summer for sure. We have been very happy with the service and people at Dukes of Air. Thank you!!
