Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. The technician wasted NO time at all and had both my kitchen sinks unclogged and even gave tips on how to keep it from happening in the future!
