Justin came out within two days to look at my water softener system. He was very honest and trustworthy. He had to order a new system so had to wait a week longer for that but he agreed to come late in the afternoon to allow for my work schedule. He was friendly, reliable, and he knows his systems! Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

I've had them come out twice now for my water heater and garbage disposal and they have been awesome. Super nice and explained everything they would be doing. They are at the top of my list for repairs.
