Best Electrical Inspections in Memphis TN

Dealing with this company trying to get a guy to come out and give an estimate has been NOTHING BUT A FRUSTRATING HASSLE!!! It's ridiculous how a company could employ such an incompetent, inconsiderate, idiot. Dave or David finally called us back Saturday night and said he'd call us Sunday around 10am to come look at the problem. He called us that evening and said it'd be today. He didn't call, he didn't show up. We called the company back. He's out sick today. You'd think a company would think more of their customers and at least call them to let them know, or Dave would've called us to let us know! To add to his idiocy, when he first called us he asked for himself. Is Dave there? There is no Dave at this number. Oh, I'm sorry. Is John there? This is Dave. If this company's employees treats all their customers like this and is that incompetent, I'm not trusting them to do quality work and they'll go bankrupt REAL quick!

Bruce from Conway came to our house to repair a leaking external spigot and to install a garbage disposal. Bruce looked and acted very professionally. He inspected both issues and gave me multiple solutions and the cost for each and seemed genuinely interested in the best solution for us not the most expensive. Left my home cleaner then he found it. If I need plumbing services again, I’m asking for Bruce by name.I would also say that while I’m not sure Conway is the low cost provider, every experience I’ve had with their technicians has been this exact same way; professional, efficient and customer focused.UPDATE: HVAC went out over Labor Day weekend. Jerry was sent out the next day and quickly determined the issue and clearly explained the solution. Even my crazy dog charmed by him.
