I am so pleased with the professionalism and honesty of this company and its employees. I enthusiastically recommend the Ray Baker Heating and Plumbing Company.

Our heating system has been blowing cool air and sometimes when we cut it off it just runs blowing cool air. Our warranty system provided us with this company. Worst experience ever. The staff are kind but I need my problem resolved. They have been to my home 4 times or more YES FOUR OR MORE. Each time there is a new problem. My frustration is I have a baby who I have to dress in gloves, a hat, jacket and of course layers of clothes to keep him warm at night. I can't keep going day to day like this with my baby!! Like fix my problem. At what point do you give an accurate diagnosis????? I'm very disappointed and highly upset because once again we have to be in the cold. On top of that I understand you have to schedule but waiting days for service. Honestly by now this issue should be treated as a courtesy in regards to coming TOMORROW!!! I can go on and on but bottom line this has been a terrible experience and I'm all for re doing my review only until the heater is fixed without a technician needing to return a day or 2 later! I wish I could post a pic of my baby sleeping at night maybe there would be some urgency to this matter. Again very disappointed and at my breaking point!
