Hello Mr. Larry Worthy. Yes sir. I am very pleased with the technician from yesterday. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. My heater started working again when he arrived to work on it. But that’s usually what happens. He told me to film video of the problem when it occurs, and contact the company when it happens again.
