Unfortunately we had an AC unit go out on us; fortunately we had Mitch Wright to call. We looked at other providers, but Ben came out and discussed with us our options to accommodate our house. Michael and Reno showed up, installed the unit, and helped with the new thermostat schedule that best fit our needs. It was a great experience, and the first night with AC in a week was wonderful.
