My project called for a abundance of work on my 1920's building ranging from 2 complete bathroom remodels, a full kitchen remodel, a kitchen upgrade, overall building plumbing update, etc. From the outset, Dennis (our plumber) came out a did a detailed review of all the items my inspector found with the building. He then devised a effective game plan to tackle each project. There was almost 3 weeks worth of work to be completed. Dennis answered everyone of my Plumbing related questions and helped my elderly tenant design a more ADA friendly bathroom. When dealing with H.J. Pertzborn, you not only have access to a amazing plumber roster, you also get a truly amazing support / project management staff. My project manager Min was a gift from above. Min helped me with every decision and answered all of my and my tenants questions. When I asked for my quote to be presented by job, Min meticulously went through Dennis's notes to create a quote which outlined every project in detail. Min went as far as to help my tenant pick out items and distributors for his custom bathroom. I have been beyond satisfied with the work and customer service I received.
