I've called them twice in the last 12 months. I couldn't be happier with them.

We used Pertzborn for several projects, and may use them again in the future. But I recommend that you get a bid in writing - before the project starts. If you don't, you should be prepared to pay (maybe a lot) more than you thought you would.
We had a contract in hand for all the previous work. No surprises. The last one did not we agreed to time and materials, and we really suffered because of it. It ends up that the plumber from Pertzborn was on his second to last day of work. He had previously prepped our house by stubbing out all of our faucets/dishwasher/toilet water lines so it would make it quicker when he came back (We paid Pertzborn for that). Well, he was certainly not quicker. What should have only been a few hour job turned into a billed seven hour job. We contested the bill and Pertzborn lowered it slightly, but certainly not enough to our satisfaction. Pertzborn literally left us/the customer, holding the bill, and rationalized it by stating that: We are in agreeance that the work was performed and you are have happy with that. You know what would have made me happier? If we were charged for the amount of time the plumber should have been here instead of the hundreds of extra dollars we were charged for him just putzing around our house while he was a day-away from leaving Pertzborn.
So, we learned our lesson. I hope you all won't learn the hard way, too.
