We had a pipe freeze and called Pertzborn around 7 on a Saturday night. We got a call back from Dennis within 20 minutes. He was super helpful and got us started on a few things while he continued with his other calls. By the time he checked back in an hour, we'd managed to unfreeze our pipe ourselves. We'll be calling HJ Pertzborn first from here on out. Absolutely top-notch customer service and the knowledge to back it up.
