I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure.
