Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Called jds to take a look at my ac. I have used them for 15 years. Had a guy come look and tell me the filter that I was using was to thick and was a pound low on coolant ok so he changed it and pot more coolant in. This didnt fix the problem at all called them back out the next day to find out the coils were dirty and they want to charge me 1200 on top of the 300 I already spent for them to fix the problem. Called around and everyone else charges from 6 to 750 on the same problem and they never even tried to make it right with the money I already paid them to fix the problem. CALL AROUND GET QUOTES FONT USE JDS THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF THEY GET THE CHANCE.

These guys get it done and done right! Five stars and two thumbs up!!

Mario Silva was a dream! Our hot water went out and it was not a cheap fix and we dreaded it but when walking through the process, Mario took a knee and got on eye level to explain everything. He developed a trusting resource from the start by being our advocate with warranty research and conveyed empathy towards our situation. Had them scheduled for a camera video inspection of a sewer line for Friday morning and had to have it for a real estate transaction option period that was to end on Saturday. Did not show up by 9:00 so called them and said they had to find a slab leak at another place and would probably come by noon. Told them to call me and I would come back to open up the vacant property for them. Did not get a call by sometime in the afternoon. So I called their office and voice mail said that their admin office is closed on Friday afternoon. Left messages a couple times and never got a call back or a call from the plumbers. Called me Monday morning but it was to late.

Well me and my wife were told it would cost 1200 to go through the sheetrock and cut a hole in our concreate floor to fix a water leak. JW did not have to go through the floor only the sheetrock! Still charged us the full price. Definitely a lesson learned here. Do not use these people. In other words if someone quotes you on a price of what will have to be done and only has to do half of it, than the price should have been lowered!! How can someone do that people!!
