The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.
