We had two stuck pocket doors, and despite a number of old house issues, discontinued parts, and nonstandard customizations, Luke was able to use his extensive knowledge and creative, persistent solutions to get them working again. He was prompt, great at communication, and very conscientious about cleaning up the workspace. We're so grateful to have found his service!

Our AC went out on the weekend. Managed to get someone to come out on Monday. We were told they would be here at noon, but they were here already at 11. He explained what the issue was, and explained the process he went through to come to his conclusion. He was very nice and even gave me advice on some other questions I had. I wish I could give them more stars!
