I got several estimates to install a new HVAC system and Action Air was the last one I called just by chance. I had been getting lots of estimates to do several different jobs in my older home. The people that came out seemed not to care if they had my business or not. Ed came and looked around and I asked him if they wanted my business. He gave me a surprised look and said enthusiastically yes we want your business. That's what sold me right then. The estimate he gave me was thousands of dollars less than the the other 2 estimates I got for the HVAC. Ed and Brady did a great job installing my new HVAC in a single day. It seems to be hard to get good customer service these days, but Ed and Action Air is an exception.
