I have multiple homes in the Lubbock area and I have used these guys for absolutely everything. I’ve never had a problem with them they have fixed everything under the stars and been upfront and honest with me. I don’t know what I would do without them. I wish we had a Earls where I lived. Black plumbing did a superb job. They were ahead of schedule, professional and clean.

Drainage slowed/ washer drain overflowed/ technician from other company snaked line until hitting tree roots and just felt sorry for me saying it may mean tearing up the floors and yard to replace all the pipes. Best value used root cutting head on their snake, charged the basic fee, and our drains have flowed well for years now.

He did a horrible job, they worked on my house for 4 days and still didn’t fix anything. I have 4 children here, I recommend everyone to go to REAL PROFESSIONALS these people are just looking for a quick buck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After spending over $5000 the owner refused to discuss a customer service issue. There are lots of good plumbers .....skip this one.

Well me and my wife were told it would cost 1200 to go through the sheetrock and cut a hole in our concreate floor to fix a water leak. JW did not have to go through the floor only the sheetrock! Still charged us the full price. Definitely a lesson learned here. Do not use these people. In other words if someone quotes you on a price of what will have to be done and only has to do half of it, than the price should have been lowered!! How can someone do that people!!
