I received a text with the technician's photo and when to expect him, and lo and behold - that's when he showed up. James was prompt, courteous and very professional. Earl's was my second call to have this problem looked at and from now on, they'll be my first. We're very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Very helpful with the questions I had, and when they couldn't help me, they gave me names of other places to try.

Rudy has been quick to respond and has been right on time with both of his appointments with me. He not only seems to be a genuine and nice person, but he is very professional and does good quality work. His rates are fair and I have not had to call him back to redo any of his work. I definitely recommend him.

You know, plumbers don't get enough respect. They are like doctors....when you need one...you usually need one...RIGHT NOW. Ricky Eade does his very best to get to you as soon as possible..I highy recommend making this your FIRST call in the plumbing business.

Faucet repair. Technician was prompt, professional and a straight shooter. Problem was diagnosed and fixed very efficiently. Wil definitely use their services in the future when needed.

First time dealing with this company.

I needed one thing....my washer drainage pipe unplugged.

I don’t know how many Plumbers I called and they all wanted around $200.

Finally I found Best Value Plumbing and they quoted me a flat rate of $85.

I expected my appointment would be in a day or two but that wasn’t the case. They came within 3 hours of my initial call. Their Receptionist was very polite and professional.

Best Value Plumbing did their job with utmost professionalism. I was not charged any more that the quoted price of $85. They also added if there was any problems to call them and they would redo the drain for free.

The first time the arrangement was they will come between 3-5 pm to install. They came after 5 pm. They did not bother to call to tell us that Lowe's added another job that caused them the delay. (This was confirmed by the young guy from the company I spoke to) They also called around 515pm (the wrong number to call) , probably when they were outside the house. They should have called to tell us they will be delayed so we can at least pick up our kids from school, then meet them after 5pm.
For the second appointment, it was agreed that they would call 30 min before they arrive. (A different guy spoke to my husband) He/they arrived without calling my husband and called me again (the wrong number to call). Then this guy stated they arrived the first time around 4pm and we were not there. And he stated the number he is caling is the only number given to him. BIG LIE, BIG LIAR. I have the phone records to prove they called after 5pm the first time and no record of calling the second time before they arrive. I recommend not doing business with this company. (I am sorry if the worker is the one at fault and not the owner but Respondeat Superior).

The young man I spoke to the first time was polite but the next man (sounds older by voice from the first) wasn't. The second guy stated he was the same man who tried to deliver, so I guess I was fooled the first time. I will concur with the other review/add, the employee was unprofessionally rude.

This is a great place to call for your plumbing and heating needs. Will be honest and extremly fair prices

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.

Well me and my wife were told it would cost 1200 to go through the sheetrock and cut a hole in our concreate floor to fix a water leak. JW did not have to go through the floor only the sheetrock! Still charged us the full price. Definitely a lesson learned here. Do not use these people. In other words if someone quotes you on a price of what will have to be done and only has to do half of it, than the price should have been lowered!! How can someone do that people!!
