Best Repair Plumbing in Lubbock TX

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Rudy was awesome! He drained and flushed our hot water heater and fixed a dysfunctional toilet. He gave us great guidance on how to extend the life of our water heater (instead of trying to sell us a new one! ). I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing issues. Thanks, Rudy!

Not impressed I called them said they'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00 am the next day. They were a no call no show. Was home all day!! Not very professional!!🤨 I'd like to make a correction to the above previous review. I'd like to thank Clifton for going out of his way to fix the situation I was Very Pleased with the work done and the outcome of the work. I would most definitely use your business again if ever I need it! Again Thank You for convincing me to fix the situation. Very satisfied!! Would recommend the business!!

JW was very professional and knew exactly where to dig to find and replace the leaking pipe. He was able to come on a moments notice after our gas was turned off.

Have used them twice now. Once for toilets through Lowe's and once to replace a shower faucet. Will not use them again. Late both times... took more than 2 hours to replace the faucet. When paying by the hour, I guess it's ok to just milk it

These guys are great! Came out when a pipe burst in the wall... were there within an hour and got it fixed!
2 days later, we had a stopped up drain.... the technician came out and cut that unplugged within an hour as well. Thank you Black Plumbing!

Had a line unstopped. Service was great. We’ve used Spartan twice and I’d use them more but they fix it right the first time.
