Charged me $405 for a simple drain cleaning. Would not recommend, unless you are willing to get ripoed off. Go elsewhere.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

Tony's has nevet let me down. Makes me glad to keep my money in the neighborhood! When your home is 115 years old, you use people who know the lay of the land. Thank you for being there.

Good work although can be prizy

Bryan was very professional and took all precautions needed to make me feel safe during this pandemic. He responded within hours of my call and had my problem diagnosed very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and had everything repaired within no time at all. Would give him more stars if able, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a great plumber.

If you’re looking for reasonable, transparent pricing and punctual service, you’re gonna want to call someone else. Mr Scroggins should be ashamed.

Brian said he would be here around 1. Then called at 2 and asked me to pay the $79 diagnostic fee in advance of their arrival.

Once they arrive (late) they will upcharge you every step of the way. The diagnostic fee grew from $79 to $300 5 minutes after they walked through the door.

10 minutes later they presented me with with a list of absurdly priced options. Must have been some very advanced diagnostics to take a whole extra 10 minutes. They try to hide the pricing behind a laundry list of jargon. “Basic ignition system renovation”, “mechanical safety system rejuvenation”, “tank contamination service”.

Just be transparent - you drained the tank and replaced the gas thermostat on a water heater. I guess if you did that you couldn’t try to upsell to the $1200 GOLD option.

To top it off he charged an “after hours fee” even though he was done at 6. When I explained my disappointment with that, he tried to couch it as a “trip charge for the extra 2 hours after 4PM.” If he’d arrived at when he said, then he wouldn’t have been here “after hours”.
