I highly recommend Tom and Maeser Plumbing. Although I had not used them before, they were able to work me in next day when others were several days out. The technician, Tom Jones, was very professional, very thorough and very personable. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I will use them again should the need arise. Great experience!

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.
