I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
