I cannot even begin to describe the experience I had with Bryant. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. When I needed to switch to an earlier time, they worked with me to set it up (still same day). I was given a time window of when I should expect the technician. He called to notify me he was on his way and arrived several minutes later.Sure, a lot of companies can do that. What truly makes Bryant out are their people. They went above and beyond to help find a solution to my furnace problem. They extended true kindness and consideration. They were willing to work with me and explore options. It were not a, too bad, so sad, see ya; company -- they recognize their customers as individuals and treat them with upmost respect. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They did excellent work and even completed the job a day early!

We were having new countertops and a sink installed. I needed a plumber to disconnect disposal, drain line, water supplies to faucet and dishwasher drain then return to hook everything backup after sink installation. Being new to the community and wanting to use someone close I contacted Blackburn and Davis. The quality of their work was excellant however I thought their bill of $752 for labor was very excessive for the amount of time they were here. I definitely will contact someone else the next time I need a plumber.
