Jay was great - no fuss, straight to the problem. He brought his equipment and fixed a clogged sink in 30 minutes (I was struggling the day before for over 4 hours trying to fix it myself). There's a reason these professionals exist. Recommend highly!

My husband and I are pleased with the job that was done by Esteban and his partner/assistant, I believe his name is Gabriel. Our old bathtub faucet has been leaking and no one seems to be able to fix it completely until this time. Esteban's recommendation was to change all the fixtures, converting it so that there will only be one faucet lever and covering the holes with escutcheon.

They came on time the day of the job. They were courteous, responsive -- answered all my questions and explained what they were doing, finished the job fast, and left the bathroom spotless. We're happy with the faucet/ shower/ escutcheon set that they installed. Those were included with the price he quoted me beforehand.

I gave a call and explained my issue to them. I was told that based on the circumstance of my issue that I should look into Trenchless Technology which will clean my pipe without the need to replace my pipes. They gave me a real good briefing regarding what it would cost, and the time.

I said yes, and it worked out perfectly. Our plumbing issues were resolved and we saved a ton of money since we didn't have to dig nor replace any pipes.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

Their plumber David was courteous and professional . He knew exactly what had to be done. He had the proper equipment to clear our mainline sewer. This company was very affordable, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
