Best Water Treatment System in Los Angeles CA

I am disappointed. My hot water is not working 3 days from the day that Joshu came out. He gave me an estimate on the service before he arrive from the last time he came out in November. Once you change out the Gas manifold (if under warranty): Remove parts and install new parts provided by the manufacturer if they cover the parts under warranty. When I called to schedule the appointment the scheduler told me that the part was cover under warranty. On the day of service Joshu and another man came in to service the tank without the gas manifold that he said I need to fix the problem. He never order the part and came an still didn't fix the problem.Told me that I need to change out the entire unit.

Paulo was great. I recommend Nautilus. They came, they saw, they fixed and they were nice. They came back when we have a bigger plumbing emergency too. Professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Leo was awesome! Installed my Nest Pro thermostat quickly, walked me through it, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

We discovered a gas leak in the late evening. Called Rocket early in the morning & they were able to send someone right over.
Matthew arrived promptly & immediately determined the source of the leak and repaired it. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.

Call 3 major plumbers couldn't find the issue. Moses came took care of it.

Julio was GREAT! He was so kind and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal that was clogged. He showed me the clog and explained how to avoid it from happening again. I am so thankful I called Julio!!

STOP LOOKING for a plumber. This is the best plumber I've ever used and I've used a ton of 'em over the years! He is diligent, on time does more then required. He's neat, clean and friendly and here comes the best part.....
