JW originally installed our a/c and heater in 2016. JW was not the least expensive, but worth the additional cost. Our sales person was Dustin and he was great throughout the process. Our most recent tech Marco, was very thorough, detail oriented and gave me some solutions to issues that I've had for a few years with the a/c unit. Will continue to use them for my maintenance, hopefully for years to come!

I have been very happy with the service from United Electric. I have an old house and have used them several times for electrical problems. They are always polite, knowledgeable and honest. They get the job done quickly and I think their prices are competitive. I feel comfortable with letting them into my home When I finally decided it was time to upgrade my electrical service, I hired them. They made it painless. The power was back on the same day and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. When I had questions, they got right back to me. Since upgrading, I haven't had any more electrical issues. Would recommend to anyone.

Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices. Clean and neat. Wish I could find other contractors like him.

TRM hooked us up with a water cooler awhile back, and the thermostat had to be replaced twice (ug!). Todd came over on the newest thermostat replacement, and did it for free, even though technically we were on the hook for labor as only the part was covered! Go with TRM!

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

Even though they will still open in the late hours they wanted to charge emergency prices I didn't like that.

Have been using Roy Smith plumbers for over 20 years. As usual, the plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
