John was quick to respond, gave fair estimate, and came same day to do repair (replace shut off valve for house main). Work looks great and backed up by much better than average warranty on work which I interpret as someone confident in his craftsmanship. Would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing work in the future!

Just used Sunset West Plumbing for the first time, but had heard many good things about them before that. Oliver was terrific. He was fast, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed a hot water heater, replaced a shut off valve, and replaced supply lines to 2 toilets, and I am extremely pleased. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.
