Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

I needed a plumber to help me with my rental property, not knowing any good plumbers I was at the mercy of the internet. After going through the list I picked Richards Rooter and Plumbing and I am very happy about my choice. Not having a referral I wasn't sure what I would get. But I picked correctly and have had Richard back for more work. He has always been on-time, provided a fair cost, and gets the job done quickly. If you're looking for a knowledgeable plumber who is reliable call Richards Rooter and Plumbing. You wont be sorry.

There are so many plumbers out there and often it is difficult to find a good one. I have used H.N. Harris Plumbing for many years and they are always professional, honest, and offer good rates. There are times when I have used others because they were busy on a certain day and so I've gone through and used a lot of different businesses. These guys still remain my #1 choice.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!
My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.
To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
