Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

Had leak in GE water softener. Technician could not fix the unit but rerouted water pipe so I can use water in the house. He also gave me general information on water filtration and treatment systems. Very informative. They are a little expensive but I was glad they were able to come on July 4 weekend. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. He also has a wicked sense of humor, but not so wicked that it will hurt your funny bone.

Our bathroom drain has clogged and smelled horrible. They came out in 4 hours and worked magic. The guys were great and got everything fixed . Really recommend this company

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
