Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

I had united to send me their electrician named Artin for fixing my laundry room light , he arrived on time and give me price before he start the job, and after my approval he did the job and he did great.

Replaced hot/cold water valve & pipe for washer. Esteban was courteous, efficient, got right to work after reviewing what needed to be done. (2021) We had a leak in our laundry room at our new house. Randall was able to address the situation and treated fixing our pipe like it was his own house. There’s no one else we call for plumbing. Easy to work with, honest, on time, affordable, and GREAT WORK.

He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. If you’re in LA and need a plumber, there is seriously no one better.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Will recommend them without hesitation.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend them!!

My sink would not drain and I was afraid of how much I would have to pay to have it fixed. This had been a chronic problem and I had the Rooter people come herr a few times and since they didn't fix it properly I decided to go with a legit plumber. I looked at a lot of online reviews and New Flow Plumbing seemed like an honest business with good reviews and so I hired them to do the job. The man who came to our apartment was very nice and he explained what he would do to fix the issue and why it would work and it has been almost a month and the drain has been flowing better than it ever has been.

Expensive.... I paid $545 for the installation and the faucet.... I could've bought my own, if I only have known what faucet to use in order for me to install my Kangen machine.

They say they are the smell good plumber's however that does not include the truck. It smells of bad exhaust and sewer.

Really rude

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

Hours to change two values and pressure regulator and at the cost of 1194.00 I would never advise any body to use them

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
