On arrival, the specialists did a brief inspection and were able to identify the obstruction and operated the power snake for close to thirty minutes. Their work was well done and I was delighted that the problem was totally resolved.

There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called GR plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up.

I called Jacob, got the quote, he offerred me a really good price in contrast to others and truly, in Los Angeles Plumbing services, these giys are the best. I got my pipes repaird and some leaks fixed. These guys were, neat, fast and responsive!!

My experience with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company was amazing. I had some corroded pipes in my house that needed replacing. The plumber arrived on time and diagnosed all the leaks and replaced them with new copper pipes. Tested multiple times for leaks again and verified that the issue was fixed. And the cost of everything was less than what I expected. Speedy Stephens has the most honest plumbers! Can't recommend them enough.

They never answer the phone when I called

Jay was great. Came over within an hour after I called to replace my broken disposal in my kitchen sink. Did a great job.

Fast and Efficient

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater. I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage
