Would highly recommend these guys. I called them on a Friday afternoon about a water pressure problem in our new home. Henry and Juan came over first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly -- we needed a new water heater. They meticulously installed a new one, including replumbing the emergency drainage line and fixing the strapping, which had not been done properly by the previous owner. All in all it took only a couple of hours and we are thrilled that we now have fantastic water pressure in the whole house -- no more waiting forever for the water to get hot or losing water pressure in the middle of a shower. We were charged a fair price too. Couldn't be happier with these guys and the quality of work they did. Thanks!

Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. I recently purchased a new heating and air conditioning system to replace an older system. . Everything happened exactly on the timeline as described. From the initial estimate appointment to the follow up phone calls about the sales call service, the on-site visit to prepare for the insulation and finally for the actual installation. On the installation day the installation team arrived on time, set up inside and outside in a way to least disturb me and my neighbors. The installation supervisor explained what was happening during the course of the day. The entire installation team was friendly, professional, and courteous.After the job was completed, the team cleaned everything and left no trace they had been there. A checklist was completed by the installation supervisor and reviewed with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. It was stressed to me that if I had any questions or concerns to let them know immediately as it was the goal of JW Heating & Air to provide services which exceeded their customers expectations. This is a company I would highly recommend. Your time and money will be well spent.

Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.

INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL are the two best words to describe my experience with Morganized Plumbing and its owner, Morgan Spiegel.

Morganized cut the water lines to my house without my authorization. Morgan personally admitted to me that he knew what he did was wrong, but justified his actions by saying that the neighbor who asked him to do it was a long-standing client of his, and she didn't like the fact that my water pipes were visible. How crazy is that? It sounds like he is saying that he can be bribed or persuaded to do anything?

Morgan also lied to my tenants about how long the water would be off, by saying that it would only be a short while. However, due to screw-ups by Morgan and his guys, the water was off for the bulk of the day. When the water finally was turned back on, there was so much dirt and mud in the lines that it literally took two hours to flush them out because Morgan's incompetent plumbers also somehow let the debris flow into the water heater.

My tenants had to cancel their plans on a Friday night and stay home, while Morgan removed the debris that he let enter the line. Morgan promised to compensate my tenants for all of the inconveniences he caused, but then refused to honor his agreement.

I would never entrust Morgan and his incompetent guys to work on my house, as he clearly lacks both skill and integrity.

There are much better options for plumbers, so I highly suggest that you save yourself the heartache and disappointment, and go with a different plumber.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
