We had a bad sewer issue and had to get it solved quickly. After reading many good reviews about GR Plumbing, I figured I should call them. The first thing they did was video inspection of the sewer. I was impressed by how well they handled the whole situation.

Our tech, David, was great. He effectively communicated the issues and was able to perform some work onsite and schedule future needed work.

The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first plumbing company to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. Great service, fast, professional and reasonable price

The kitchen drain was clogged. Julio was the technician on call. He cleared the blockage and replaced a section of old pipe. He is professional, polite, wore mask, and kept the work site clean after he finished the job.

We were recommended to replace all the pipes since it is an old apartment but we are not ready to do this big job. We would use Rooter Hero in the future when we have the fund to do the replacement.

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
