Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.

We had a new HVAC unit installed 12/16 had have been very pleased since. JW has been very responsive to questions/concerns, and even helped get the energy rebate. Today we had our first complementary maintenance visit for the heating prior to cold season. Fernando C. was very friendly, professional, and efficient. JW honored the first year complementary service, including a replacement filter, which costs $189. Again, we have been so impressed with the service and support by JW, and would highly recommend to others.

We had a drain backup in my property Tuesday night. I called Express Plumbing & Remodeling that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
