I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

Total rip-off. Charged $250 to unplug a toilet - which they could not fix. After they were unable to clear the line, they offered to remove the toilet and tryagain for another $750. I called another plumber who fixed the problem for $99. If you use them, make sure you get a firm price BEFORE they come out.

Had a leak at the bathroom sink and the toilet was running non-stop. Luckily, the Sunset West repair person had the right parts on his truck and he was able to fix both issues quickly.

My water main line broke and needed to be replaced asap. I really appreciate the diagnosis/work done and guidance given to us.

Their management also contacted the irrigation guy to make sure no problem would arise. They had great perspective on things. It wasn’t a cheap repair, but was worth it for the peace of of mind knowing that they had done a really good job!

You sent a guy that couldn’t fix a tankless water heater? We also had a sink leak under a bathroom and he wanted 500.00 on top of the 200.00 he was charging us to fix it. Your company didn’t tell me about any specials which I found online myself. 120.00 waste of time.
We hired Task Rabbit…… the guy was professional and fixed all our problems for under 200.00. I will never call your company again!

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Would recommend and would use them again any time!

The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

Richard and Ramone from Chicago Plumbing helped us out of an emergency sewage system failure and leak. Richard arrived shortly after I called, assessed the situation and immediately got to work. They got us back into operation with a temporary system. Over the next two days, they serviced our ejector system, cleaned the tank, pressure jetted the lines all the way to the street sewer connection. Once cleared, they arranged for an epoxy-fiberglass lining for our line and reconnected the whole system. They were attentive to all details, doing the job as if it was their own home. Before leaving, they tested and adjusted the system twice, sealed up the lid and openings to the tank and swept all the area and steps around the work area. They left it cleaner than it was at their arrival. I highly recommend Richard, Ramone and Chicago Plumbing to anyone needing a professional plumbing job. 5 Stars all the way!
