Best Drain Pipes Cleaner in Los Angeles CA

I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

Good News: The technician arrived promptly and fixed the problem. He was courteous and friendly.
Bad News: The price only became reasonable when I agreed to do without any warranty at all.

I interfaced with Jacob and Garth. They promptly coordinated with me, stopped by, sent texts/pics were clear what they charging and why! I had a CO leak in the dryer room and the heater had a venting issue. Most of all, I feel like they were honest, trustworthy and seemed to know what they were doing. I will def be calling them again! In fact, Garth said he wanted to follow up as he suspects my bathroom might have a leak. Amazing!!

Ian was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process of figuring out our septic leak problems. He arrived on the scheduled time and did a thorough check of the premise to identify all possible issues. Upon inspection he was able to find the location of the possible leak and schedule additional repair/inspection services right away. I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. I cannot offer a higher recommendation than this for Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building. He is technically up to speed and always wants to leave his clients with a sense of resolution for their particular issue. Hire New Pro Plumbing and Miguel Lopez as you will not be disappointed. And you can take that to the bank.
