Josh was knowledgeable & efficient in every aspect of diagnosing possible issues with my Noritz tankless water heater. He explained all concerns in an easy to understand manner and than he did exactly what was necessary to resolve the problem. He than made adjustments & checked previous services done to the heater & made sure the unit was functioning properly before he left. . If there were more stars to give Josh he would get them. Last but not least all the work was done at a very reasonable price.

LA Premium Plumbing saved the day when I had a gas line emergency. They arrived quickly and were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Their expertise and professionalism were impressive, and I appreciated their honest approach.

I had an issue with the hot water line possibly clogged in the kitchen sink. When I called, I spoke with Alexis who managed to get someone out to me that same day. The plumber not only arrived time but took care of the issue in a timely manner. Overall experience, both the operator and plumber were professional and very helpful.
