We had a great experience with Major League Plumbing. I reached out to them for new dishwasher and garbage disposal install. Rodrigo had great communication and was able to work within our schedule. Once he got started with the work there were some unforeseen issues with our kitchen plumbing. Rodrigo provided us with solutions to the issues at a reasonable cost which allowed him to properly install our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Both have been working great since the installation. We have since then recommended Major League Plumbing to our neighbor who also hired them. We have a few more items around the house that require plumbing work and will be reaching out to Major League Plumbing to do the work.

As a single female homeowner with no handy men in my life I have this dread that comes when I need services to the home. Julio w Local Plumbers put all of that to rest!. Not only did he do the job well but he was humble, polite, honest, went above and beyond, and was very fairly priced. He proved to be trustworthy, to know what he's doing and was able to explain things to me and provide me good choices. He did his work in excellence and was reliable and available. We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Came out to my place in echo park in less than 1 hour after 5pm on a Tuesday. Did an excellent job on a clog and patch that I had. Will call again if I need any more plumbing done.

The staff at this place are very mentally unstable. I just witnessed one of their workers threaten people out in public. Shaking my head, this place is one incident away from getting the police involved. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

They are prompt, professional and excellent at what they do. I've used them several times and there is no better plumber. Fair and reasonable prices. You can really count on these folks when you need a plumber.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
