I can't say enough good things here; we had a clogged drain that turned out to be a broken pipe and a full-on sewer line replacement over Labor Day weekend with no other service able to come out. Dispatch answered immediately, andJon was at our place pronto and quickly discovered it was a serious issue, then called in Robert to break the news. He walked us through a detailed breakdown of the issue and our options, and could not have been better. We had a full sewer line replacement, and the crew of 5 or 6 were there the next day and cranked it out. They were sweet with our kids, they talked to our little dog, and they even replaced two drains in our tub/showers that had always been sticky after I just joked about them. Always masked, boots on, protective tape ; they even invited us to watch the pipe go in which is quite a feat of engineering. I'd give 10 stars if I could ! We had a great experience with Major League Plumbing. I reached out to them for new dishwasher and garbage disposal install. Rodrigo had great communication and was able to work within our schedule. Once he got started with the work there were some unforeseen issues with our kitchen plumbing. Rodrigo provided us with solutions to the issues at a reasonable cost which allowed him to properly install our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Both have been working great since the installation. We have since then recommended Major League Plumbing to our neighbor who also hired them. We have a few more items around the house that require plumbing work and will be reaching out to Major League Plumbing to do the work.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.

Hotline Plumbing is so good a what they do, I’m almost happy to have plumbing problems?. Hotline Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for about 10 years. From clogged sewage lines to water heater repair or replacement and everything in between. I have never had an issue with their work and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don’t be turned off by a couple of bad reviews. When companies offer estimates online , they are going based on general information, many times the actual job requires additional time, equipment, man power etc. Let Hotline Plumbing come out to your location and they will give you an honest assessment of your situation. Some jobs cost more than others, but taking short cuts to save money often ends up costing more in the long run. I trust the folks at Hotline Plumbing, I will continue to use them in the future and will refer them to everyone I know who needs an exceptional team of plumbers. Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
