Needed a quick fix to resolve a leak. My tech from Pacific Discount Plumbing was very responsive over text and we had a quote and an appointment in the first 30 minutes. He was over the next day and the offending pipe was removed, dried, and replaced within the hour. He is very professional, polite, and answered our questions on future maintenance. My mother had property with three houses on it. We’ve used Kessler for decades. Always upfront and straightforward with their quotes. Honest assessment of when their technicians will get there. Very professional. Now that mom is gone, I will continue using Kessler! They are family to me!

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

They charged $1200 to my card without my authorization, they did no work and gave me estimates of $4600 for work that was not needed. Found Drains unlimited in Culver City and they fixed the real problem for $110. They are fraudulent
