Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

We called in the morning and the work was done by 430 in the afternoon. When one plumber was running late they called to say they would send someone else and he arrived when promised. The plumber worked quickly and was very nice. He wore a mask and took the necessary precautions related to the COVID pandemic. Would use again.

Second visit: I needed a broken pipe fixed. Called at 8:15 am and the work was done by 11:15 am. Everything not only works, but it looks good, too, no sign that it was ever broken. Would use again

They do free work apparently. I've been calling every week for the last 4 months to get a COI and W9 so we can pay their invoice and they still have yet to send me those documents.

Eddie arrived punctually, at the time which was quoted by the company. He was very friendly and respectful . I like how he showed me what was causing my plumbing issue and explained the procedure on how to fix it. He made sure my bathroom was clean before he left. I will definitely use Rooter Hero again, and will request Eddie to do the work !

DO NOT USE MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING. I hired them to install a water filter system. Unknown to me, they installed a very old model and the filters made by the company are no longer made. Therefore, my system was out of date in a few months. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. They used old cheap parts that were out of date they became useless in a few months. My advice is to never use this company.

To say that Jenny and Roy are the most slimy and evasive landlords I've ever had would be a gross understatement. I stayed in two dirty apartments of theirs in Venice, both of which had termites and rodents. They broke the law and the lease agreement they provided and signed. They try to steal a buck wherever they can. They are unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional, and lazy.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. Wow!! That’s really wonderful, isn’t it? We had a wonderful party that evening. Many thanks again!
