The Flood Brothers plumber who came to my house, Leon Castillo, assessed the problem we were having with a bathroom shower and a separate bathtub drain, explained in detail to me what he thought could be done, and then proceeded to do the job. No hard sell about needing to tear everything up and replace pipes. However. Since nothing is ever easy, he had to pry up the drain grate in the shower, which clearly had not been removed in probably 50 years. He managed to do so and then de-clog the drain. Yuck enough—all disposed of expeditiously with no mess left. At the end, he rejiggered the grate into place, having managed not to damage it. Ditto for the tub, which also had its issues with very old fixtures. Anyway, it all worked out. Leon was on time, listened to what I needed and did everything efficiently. Masked and socially distanced throughout.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend them!!

We had needed a plumber so when we went online we found s plumber here. We had got some pricing over the phone and they had given us some crazy prices for some work. Tried to scam my grandma. Told her the main line was broken and she had to fix it immediately. Luckily she called me up. Turns out it was just a clogged drain in the kitchen. Brought in a second opinion, nothing wrong with her plumbing. They checked the main line with the camera. Real crooks.
