Rafael has been in charge of the plumbing of our 1926 house--replacing old pipes, putting in new bathtubs, kitchen sinks, showers, toilets, and faucets in our master bath, guest bath, kitchen. He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.

I had an emergency, the pipe in my house got clogged on Sunday and he quickly answered and was able to repair the problem, very professional and very kind. I recommend them to friends.

We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.

*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.

A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. I cannot recommend this local plumbing business highly enough.

I had Royale install a new toilet + tank in my apartment. It is a tight space with the bathtub about 12 from the toilet. After the plumber left, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub glaze, maybe caused by a metal tool hitting it. It seems like an easy fix but I don't have the experience to fix it myself.
So I sent Royale a photo and they replied: we don't do any patching work and are not held responsible for any damage done. Really? If you make the damage - that makes you responsible! Regardless of their official position, I felt like I wasn't asking for a lot. Due to their disappointing customer service, I will not use their services again.

Super Plumbing is a great company and so easy to work with! Eric came out to do a sewer line inspection for us on short notice after another plumber had to cancel, and we really needed to get a report for selling our home. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and showed up on time with all the equipment he needed to get the job done. He did a very thorough inspection, and got us the report with the video of his scope the next day. I’m so happy I found such an honest, reliable plumber! I highly recommend Super Plumbing, and I’ll definitely call them next time I need any plumbing work done.

No joke I had 10 different plumbers come to my house and kept saying the same thing!! I needed a new cartridge and they were all wrong! Jose came by and diagnosed the problem by calling the manufacturer and realizing the original plumber installed it incorrectly and let me know how to go about getting it fixed! Carlos and Andres came and fixed the problem fast and cleaned up afterwards! These guys are the best in the business and they even cleaned up afterwards! Love you guys
