Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

Would not recommend this service at all. Poor job quality (happy to share pics and detail) and what's worst, is really taken advantage of on the pricing. Was quoted one thing, then bait and switch. When called on it, was essentially threatened that proprietor would bang on my door until he got his money. Had no issue paying except that I was being gouged. Happy to go into detail and share how and why. Truly unfortunate as there are many people in my area relocating to homes in the neighborhood and was hoping to be able to recommend them, but wish I did more research in this case.
