I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced. We will be using Near and Best Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Great work at a reasonable price..

My entire experience with this company has been amazing! I called, first thing in the morning, for a toilet issue, and they were able to send a technician out within a matter of hours. Robert was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He called to let me know when he was en route to our house, and when he arrived he was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and promptly fixed it! It was an extremely hot day, yet Robert still went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order. After he finished his work, the bathroom was completely spotless; he cleaned everything impeccably!!

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

This company came to my house to unclog a sewer line. Said they could do the job but it was 350 dollars. I told them that they were trying to rip me off. Then a supervisor showed up and said he could do it for 250. I was leaving town that day so I agreed. Then I asked about the warranty while they were doing the job and they said they can't warranty the job because they think there is a crack in my pipe. These guys are crooks and the worst part is they did the work on Friday and by Monday my sewer was clogged up again. Worthless and untrustworthy. The only two words that sum up their work and the standard their company stands for. Never ever use these guys. They are rip off artists!
