I called Juan on an emergency situation with plumbing problem of my listing in the high rise building. He quickly re-arranged his schedule and came and helped me. Unfortunately the situation was much bigger than we all thought. Even though he did not get it fixed on the same day, he honestly told me what the problem might be so I could get some other help and eventually got it fixed. I broke a pipe in my front yard doing some yard work. They were able to come out and get it all taken care of very quickly. I was really impressed and the price was lower than I expected. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber.

We have Japanese restaurants and tried Mr. Speedy 2 times. The 1st job was to replace a elbow pipe. It cost us about $250. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) The 2nd job was to unclog the toilet and sink which cased by shut-off switch. Just turn the switch. It cost us $350. (3rd party opinion said, it should be less than $50) Requested for receipts but no response.

I had a laundry drain clog. The response time was under an hour from the time I called and it took about 15 minutes to unclog the drain. The technician was very professional and the cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. He also has a wicked sense of humor, but not so wicked that it will hurt your funny bone.

Who doesn't love saving money?? I hate calling anyone for help because usually my husband can do it. But since husband picked up more hours and work, it was unfair if I made him do more work once hes off. I took matters into my own hands and called around to compare price. By far, the best price for a leaky pipe! Really good prices and service! Now I know who to call. Thanks guys.

Fixed saved money

We had severe sewage backing up into our bathroom and kitchen. They came out for emergency service and fixed the clogged drain. Great service overall.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called for kitchen stoppage, they came right away. They were very clean and professional and were able to get to the root of the problem and was very informative throughout the whole process. I would defiantly use again.

I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.

Alex answered the phone. He’s not a reservation booker, he runs operations for his crew. They got to me in less than 2 hours and went beyond the call to insure the issue would not reoccur at a very reasonable price, as initially quoted.
Alex was on point the whole time.
HydroJet did the Job, They also did a 120’ video inspection to make sure and didn’t make a big deal about it. Great Crew, clean gear, very professional.
They were totally patient while I figured out my payment method, and then they went off into the night to solve someone else’s problems.

Who you gonna call? Nope, not them...TRM Plumbing of course! I was fortunate enough to find TRM through yelp and even more so to discover that they are a fantastic plumbing services company overall.

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family.
