I received a phone call telling me that Art was on the way. He was honest with me. My condo is old with outdated circuit breakers. One wire in a light fixture burned off. Art replaced my old circuit box and installed new circuit breakers. The old circuit box had paint inside and incorrect wiring. I feel good about getting the job done right.

We had a complicated issue - leak in/under the concreet floor. A guy from Angi list just made a mess and did nothing. We tried 4 more guys who either did not show up or were not able to fix. While real plumbers fixed it all , took half a day.

(2021) We had a leak in our laundry room at our new house. Randall was able to address the situation and treated fixing our pipe like it was his own house. There’s no one else we call for plumbing. Easy to work with, honest, on time, affordable, and GREAT WORK.

He installed a new garbage disposal and a new dishwasher for us and not only did he show up early and provide exceptional service - he goes the extra mile and has such a great attention to detail. I had a great experience with these guys. I called for kitchen stoppage, they came right away. They were very clean and professional and were able to get to the root of the problem and was very informative throughout the whole process. I would defiantly use again.

I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

Victor’s Rooter is the best! He replaced my clean out and main sewer line connections after roots completely clogged the pipe. The plumbing was not done correctly the first time.
