They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

Ford's Plumbing saved us!! We called after we discovered a gas leak on a Friday night and the Gas Company had shut off the gas for our safety. Ford's sent Scotty over first thing Saturday, and he discovered several leaks in our 1930's home's original pipes -- terrifying! We have a one-year-old, and after the gas was shut off, we had no hot water, stove access, or heat, among other things. Despite having other scheduled calls to work around, Scotty spent almost 11 hours on one day trying to get us up and running, and returned to work 5 hours the next day, making sure everything was fixed and sealed up tight. He adjusted/re-worked several connections that our original plumber had done badly. And did everything he could to help make the fees affordable for us, when the project ended being much bigger than originally expected.
Scotty really knows his stuff, and he explained everything he was doing so we understood the issues. He even called us the next day to make sure the Gas Company had turned our gas back on, and that everything was OK. He went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Ford's and Scotty!

I called United Plumbing today and spoke with Alex. Alex is courteous and gives excellent customer service. The power had went out in my home. Vic is very polite and gets the job done . Thanks to Vic at United Plumbing for all your help .

Thank you Randall, ...Had 14 feet of old 4 inch cast iron pipe that was all cracked, corroded and leaking. Randall came by, looked it over, and gave me a very reasonable rate to repair/replace. He came on time, did all the work on time and then cleaned up and finished the job beautifully. Top professional, very hared working, polite and very conscientious. Best job ever. I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

Had a great experience. Scheduled our plumber, they had an availability that was earlier - gave us a call to see if wanted service sooner, which we did. They came sooner than expected unclogged our drain within 15 minutes. Service guy was real nice to you.

The staff at this place are very mentally unstable. I just witnessed one of their workers threaten people out in public. Shaking my head, this place is one incident away from getting the police involved. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
