Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. I will refer Timothy over & over again for his reliability, experience and definitely someone you can trust. He caters to each clients needs and truly puts his ALL into his work. Is $745.00 a reasonable price to charge to replace a running, slow to fill toilet? They quoted my 75 year old Vietnam vet father that price. They told my mom that if they fix the problem, it will be about 200.00 less. I didnt allow them to fix or replace it. I will get another opinion from another company to see. I will change my rating if that was reasonable. Take my advice and shop around first.

I called on Sunday expecting to get their voice mail so I could leave a message that I had a clogged drain and wanted to schedule our favorite tech, Rock.
My call was answered by Dottie, whi seems to answer the phone 24/7. I told her my issue and asked to schedule Rock for Monday am. She confirmed that he was available between 8-10 Monday morning.
I received a text from Rock at 9:30 saying he was in his way.
When he arrives he inspected the clogged pipe and had it opened and clear by 10:30.
I can count on Rock and Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my issues.

STAY AWAY from this shady unprofessional so called business!!!! Should be called “No Integrity Repipe” If there was the option for zero stars I would’ve chose it.

Everyone has busy lives, I value my time just as much as the next person. We made an appointment with “Integrity Repipe” to come out for an estimate. Our appointment was at 3:30pm and Noel the guy who was supposed to come out to give us a quote did not come. Did not call to cancel or let us know he was running late etc. We had to call their office, and spoke to “Joe.” He made tons of excuses and even stooped so low as to say “well life happens.” Noel did not give us a courtesy call notify us that he was run late and or why he never showed up. Called the office again, and let Joe know we were no longer interested so they would no longer contact us.
About a min later Noel called, and sounded very non -chalant. We let him know we were no longer interested, due to the fact he left us hanging, after making arrangements and missing work. He sarcastically stated “No problem.”

This company is extremely unprofessional have ZERO integrity and can care less about potential customers time.
