The Green Plumber came in on time and had good rates for the work performed. He was able to provide steps for addressing issues even before he showed up. Upon entering the house, he even put on boot covers to not track in any of the dirt / mud that may be on the boot from a rain that day. In the event future service is needed, I would use their service.

a building I own in La Verne. The bid I received was the best by far.
The job was done in one day and the walls were repaired the second
day. They actually did a few things I had not asked for and did not charge
me extra. I am totally pleased with the work and the price. I would suggest to at least get a bid from these people before using someone
else. The other bids I received were ridiculous. I believe this company
is quite honest and they do good work.

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went. Wow! Quick service! We had a plumbing issue happen overnight that caused water damage when a pipe fitting failed. I called ITB early the next morning and they had a guy at my door first thing. He was very courteous and efficient. He had our water line repaired and back on by 9:30! Definitely recommend.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.

They lost their license for plumbing.
